Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the mbg55 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person; corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing mbg55 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would render your participation illegal.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of mbg55 or any of its game-studio partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from mbg55 under a self-exclusion request or an mbg55-initiated account closure for policy violation.

mbg55 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by mbg55 will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent closure if proof is not provided.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register a personal account on mbg55.lat. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

1. One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active mbg55 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them forfeited without notice.
2. Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
3. Username and Password. You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your mbg55 account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mbg55 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4. Account Security. You must notify mbg55 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. mbg55 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5. Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your mbg55 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.

Account Verification (KYC)

mbg55 is required to verify the identity and age of its members as part of its responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. The KYC process applies to all accounts and is a mandatory prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request.

Documents Required. To complete KYC verification, you must submit clear, unaltered copies of the following:

• A valid government-issued identity document: either your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a current passport. The document must show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

Deposits

All deposits to your mbg55 account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Limits vary by payment method and account tier. Your current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.
• Accepted Payment Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). mbg55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Processing Time: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BI-FAST are typically credited within one to five minutes during standard banking hours. Deposits initiated outside standard banking hours may experience delays beyond mbg55's control.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned. mbg55 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a deposit.
• No Deposit Fees: mbg55 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. If your bank or e-wallet provider charges a transfer fee, that cost is borne by you.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit is debited from your bank or e-wallet but does not appear in your mbg55 account within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the amount. Do not initiate a duplicate deposit before receiving confirmation from the support team.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Limits are applied per transaction and per 24-hour rolling period based on your account tier. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawals will not be processed until your account has successfully completed the KYC verification process described in Clause 4.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, unless you have updated your verified payment details and the change has been confirmed by the support team.
• Processing Time: For fully verified accounts, withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7, 24 hours a day). During peak periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), processing times may extend up to four (4) hours.
• Bonus Balance: Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your account dashboard.
• Withholding Right: mbg55 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a security review, AML (anti-money laundering) check, or KYC re-verification. You will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed on hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide any information required to complete the review.

Bonuses & Promotions

mbg55 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all promotions:

1. Eligibility. Only accounts in good standing with completed KYC are eligible to participate in promotions. mbg55 reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion at its sole discretion.
2. One Bonus Per Promotion. Each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Using multiple accounts or identities to claim a promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
3. Wagering Requirements. Each bonus carries a specified wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, qualifying game types, and minimum odds (where applicable) are stated on the promotion page for each offer. Bets placed on games or markets excluded from the rollover contribution will not count towards the wagering requirement.
4. Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to a validity period stated at the time of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
5. Bonus Abuse. mbg55 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, and exploiting errors in promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.
6. Promotional Changes. mbg55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification will be notified of any material changes to that promotion's terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mbg55 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product vertical. The following general betting rules apply across all mbg55 Services:

• Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. mbg55 is not responsible for bets that fail due to connectivity issues before a confirmation is issued.
• Odds and Prices. All sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the binding odds for that wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and markets. Current limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Obvious Errors. mbg55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous, whether due to a technical error, a human pricing mistake, or a data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Event Cancellation. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event-specific rules state otherwise.
• Live Betting. All in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. mbg55 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full accumulator to be paid. A single void leg will reduce the accumulator to the remaining legs at adjusted odds. A single losing leg voids the entire accumulator payout.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbg55 platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under fictitious identities.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing mbg55's eligibility requirements.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any algorithmic tool to place bets, access data, or interact with the platform without human intervention.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of any sporting event.
• Colluding with other players in card games, table games, or any multiplayer format offered by mbg55.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. You must report any discovered errors to [email protected] immediately.
• Using the mbg55 platform for money laundering or any other criminal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mbg55 staff, support agents, or other members in any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, operating a betting syndicate through a single mbg55 account, or acting as an agent for others using the platform.

Responsible Gaming

mbg55 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behaviour among all of its members. The following tools are available to every mbg55 account holder at no charge, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure in-platform notifications that alert you when your uninterrupted gaming session reaches a duration of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once activated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mbg55 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from mbg55.lat without prior written consent.
• The right to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the mbg55 platform or its underlying software.
• The right to use the mbg55 name, logo, or branding in any context other than identifying mbg55 as the platform you are using.
• The right to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from mbg55.lat by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of mbg55's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbg55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its Services. In particular:

• mbg55 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
• mbg55 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if mbg55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• mbg55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your mbg55 account at the time the claim arises.
• mbg55 is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet service failure that prevents you from accessing the platform, placing a bet, or completing a transaction.
• Nothing in this clause excludes or limits mbg55's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

mbg55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, mbg55 will notify registered members by email to the address on record and will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on mbg55.lat with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the mbg55 platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Outstanding balances in closed accounts will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal terms set out in Clause 6.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause, or additions of new payment methods — may be made without individual member notification. The "Last Updated" date on this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licences.

The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
